One Response to Champagne – A Tale of Three Grapes

While I wouldn’t consider myself an “A” lister as far as bubbly goes I think I’ve made it beyond the velvet rope with my reviews. Then again, I was just a groupie in a crowd of true champagne lovers.
    1. It appeared to me that it was a little flabby like an over the hill baseball player off of steriods.
    2. Yeasty that did have an air of pencil shavings that sent me back to elementary school.
    3. Creamy like the foam on a cappuccino with a touch of sweetness.
    4. Retsina came to many minds. A wine that was definitely was dancing the Funky Chicken.
    5. Best I can say that it wasn’t a Prosecco which I am very thankful.
